After a busy career as a Secondary School Teacher, Carolyn decided to pursue her passion for health and fitness by retraining and qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2000.
Since then Carolyn has expanded upon her fitness knowledge and love of movement by specialising in the teaching of Pilates and more recently Yoga.
Carolyn has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years and has taught Pilates for more than 15 years. Carolyn specialises in pelvic floor health, both pre and postnatal, good posture and back health which she incorporates into her Pilates program.
For both group classes and individual one-to-one sessions, Carolyn will adapt her teaching style to the individual needs and fitness goals of her clients. By using a variety of exercises and appropriate equipment, clients can feel confident in the knowledge that her sessions are safe and effective.
Her focus is in guiding clients of varying levels of health and fitness toward greater individual strength, flexibility and confidence.
With a positive and friendly manner, every session with Carolyn is enjoyable and her experience and knowledge means you are in safe hands.
